Dee, you should give it a try. It is addicting! I love doing it and going back and reading what I’ve done. Give it a shot! If you do let me know so I can get you on the email list for the link info. Thanks for everything. 🙂

    • gwingal says:

Well. I haven’t broadcast it very much. It is a very difficult thing to do and I am trying to get over my nerves before people I know see any… hahaha Please do watch them if you get the chance, but don’t start with the last one… 🙂

    • gwingal says:

Facebook is certainly not what it once was. Or maybe I am just over it. But I’ve found a few good friends that way and I will keep plugging along I think. Thanks Ricki! 🙂

How fun you started doing FB live —I haven’t worked up the energy for that yet!!
And I’m using Smile Brilliant too!! It’s slow going….
Those sandwiches just looked so amazing. Between you making those and your sister and her pastries….wow!!

    • gwingal says:

We didn’t find any icicles where we first went looking but found these incredible ones at another place instead. And I am amazed at myself for actually trying the FB Live. I hope I get better at them. Thanks so much for checking them out Sarah! 🙂

  2. Katherine says:

This is such a fun idea for tracking a little bit of each day. I received a “5 year diary” when I got married and we’re supposed to write just a little bit for each day. This has totally inspired me to go dig that out from the closet. Looks like a good (but cold!) month! Hope February is sweet to you!

  3. Leslie Clingan says:

I need to check out your FB Live posts. I did one on a friend’s FB page and was a nervous wreck. Ha! But it was fun, too. In fact, I said I was going to start doing one a month for my blog. You have reminded and inspired me. Need to make that happen.

Your granddaughter is beautiful. What a lovely dress she chose for the pageant. She looks very elegant.

Love the hot tub photos. We enjoy ours so much, just the two of us and when the kids visit, too. In fact, I am in the mood to get in there tonight. Have you ever been in the hot tub in the snow? So serene!

Well, you know we don’t get much snow here, but YES this past December we had snow and we LOVED being in the hot tub while it was snowing! And YES! Get on the FB LIVE bandwagon. It is fun, although I panic if I actually see someone I know join and start watching… hahaha

  4. Victoria says:

I think doing a sentence a day for a month sounds so cool. You forget day to day what you have done. Those sandwiches sound delicious I will need to give them a try.

  5. Christie Hawkes says:

I love your sentence a day posts. It’s like catching up with a friend over coffee. I was fascinated with the ups and downs in your weather. We typically get some of that in Utah, but this year it’s been warm, warm, warm. The icicle photo is just beautiful! Thanks for sharing.

    • gwingal says:

Don’t you love that video?? hahaha It cracks me up. I can’t take credit for the idea of the Sentence a Day but I really enjoy doing it. When I read back I realize what a good life I have. 🙂

  6. Nicole says:

I’ve never heard of the sentence a day post, but I love this idea. I think I’ll have to use it for my journal because a sentence a day is probably do-able for me! LOL Roll Tide and thank you for linking up at the #HomeMattersParty last week.

    • gwingal says:

I have always loved the idea of journaling, Nicole. I am impressed by people who do. This sentence a day is about the most I can do though. Thanks! and Roll Tide! 🙂
