This time of year we like to start thinking of tokens to give our loved ones and we all want the perfect idea. To help you out, I have put together a gift guide for the gardener in your life. And if that gardener is YOU, be sure to tell your friends, family and significant other how to find this list… or better yet send them a link to this gift guide!
The Cornell Lab Bird Academy has my favorite new item to suggest this year… the NATURE JOURNALING AND FIELD SKETCHING online course. Santa is aware that this is on the top of MY list. They also offer other birding classes.
Another item on my wish list is this PAINT BY NUMBERS kit. I like many of their category choices, but for the gardener, try the Landscapes or the Still Life categories.
Now we all know how popular subscription boxes are… I’ve been a getting Stitch Fix subscription boxes for about 3 years now and still enjoy opening my surprise box. But take a look at this option by LET’S MAKE ART. There are many selections for your farmhouse look. Click on the beautiful Rooster painting to see other selections from 2019:

I own a similar rolling stool and I LOVE it! When I was younger I used to laugh at these things but seriously! I wish I’d had one 10 years ago and I highly recommend getting one now. If fact, I’ll take a second one so that I can leave one out by the vegetable garden and one up by the house.
Books are always a great choice for gardeners at Christmas. It’s too cold and yucky outside to actually dig and plant so gardeners LOVE magazines and books for inspiration for that dream garden. I found several great choices in different categories for you to choose from.
Vegetable Garden Flower Garden Herb Garden
Cutting Garden Landscaping Journal
There are so many ideas and ALL these things are exactly what I’d love to find under my Christmas tree so I think you can’t go wrong. If you have any questions or need more suggestions, just let me know! I’ll be glad to help you out.
And good luck with finding that awesome perfect gift!
